Personal affirmations, in your own voice
Affirmations matched to you, read back in your own voice.
Affirmations written for how you need to be spoken to — and read back in a clone of your own voice.
One moment. Two ways of being spoken to.
“That little voice, whispering doubts, telling me I’m not enough. [pause 2s] But right now, I’m here to shut that voice down. I’m not here for its games.”
“I keep doubting myself. Like I’m waiting for someone to tell me I’m enough — when deep down, I know I am. [pause 2s] Today, I want to hear my own voice much clearer than theirs.”
Two real scripts from the library, same category, same problem. The difference is the job each one is doing.
I am here, alive, and I am okay.

The problem
Most affirmations are written for nobody in particular.
And read by someone you have never met.
-
A stranger’s voice
It is hard to take a line to heart when it sounds like it was meant for someone else.
-
One tone for everyone
Some people need a push. Others need permission to slow down. Most apps pick one and use it on everybody.
-
A feed to scroll
Choosing what to listen to becomes one more decision on a day that already has too many.
InSync answers all three: your own voice, scripts written in five distinct tones, and a library picked for you.
How it works
Three steps. Then it is just listening.
-
Answer a short onboarding
What you want more of. Where you are right now.
-
Get a library matched to you
Eight themes, ten scripts each. Chosen, not browsed.
-
Hear it in your voice
Rendered to audio. Yours, or a standard one.
Support profiles
Being told to try harder does not help everyone.
-
Challenger Conviction
“I trust myself to act even when I feel uncertain.”
-
Coach Clarity
“I focus on what I can control and take the next useful step.”
-
Grounder Calm
“I do not need to solve everything today.”
-
Companion Understanding
“I can feel nervous and still trust myself.”
-
Believer Possibility
“I expect good things from myself and from what lies ahead.”
Where this is today: the five profiles govern how the library is written and how every script is labelled. Matching an individual listener to a profile is specified but is not yet live in the app — today your library is chosen by the scoring engine described above.
Your own voice
A minute of recording. Then the library sounds like you.
- Two short samples. About a minute in total.
- Play it back before you commit. Each sample can be reviewed and re-recorded. Nothing is sent until you choose to create the clone.
- The microphone is asked for, explicitly. InSync requests permission and explains why before recording begins.
- You can take it back. Deleting your account removes the voice clone from the speech provider along with the audio rendered from it.
- Skipping it still works. Without a clone, your library is rendered in a standard voice.

It knows why it picked that one.
